I introduced Shaun Davison to Jeff Banks, having met them through different spheres of my property investment
endeavours.
I had met with Shaun after having bought and sold successfully a couple of land and house packages through his marketing agent back in 2016. We were brought together by the agent to discuss a development opportunity in West Sydney, and it turns out the meet led to a successful partnership built through the development and a great result delivered at the end. Thanks to Shaun’s vast experience in property portfolio management and great communication skills, which has enabled the development to overcome many hurdles along each stage of the process as one can imagine dealing with the owner who lived on site, managing/coordinating all contractors, communicating with marketers, etc. Shaun’s integrity and problem solving capacity has really won my trust and faith in him at both personal and business level.
Jeff on the other hand was obtained through a speaker’s inner circle contact at a property seminar in Melbourne. I called to meet with Jeff during one of my business trips in Sydney. It was indeed a very impressive meeting and I still remember that the picture/flowchart Jeff mapped out for me and the mind opening information tailored to my embarking onto the road of property portfolio investment. Jeff’s enormous experience of the integration of accounting, taxation, business structure and investment strategy make him one of few elite professions that one can’t miss. He listens to the client and delivers messages in the client’s language. Difficult technical jargon makes sense to a business owner. Over the years I can’t thank Jeff and his team for providing me with strategic guidance on business structure as well as assisting on accountancy and taxation.
The partnership of these two individuals will be a powerful force, a force I am more than happy to know they are on my side for the long haul.
Property Portfolio Solutions is exactly what these guys offer and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in property.
